I am here for a couple of days on a retreat - it is supposed to be good for me!

Sorry Gordon forgot u were on retreat and sent u an inappropriate Lostism...I suppose Lost wasn't really on ur mind...it was a particularly good one...had echoes of Rwanda and lots of belief themed lostisms...
